Space Electromagnetic Warfare mission delta changes leadership
U.S. Space Force Lt. Gen. David N. Miller, Jr., Space Operations Command commander, left, receives the guidon from Col. Nicole Petrucci, outgoing Mission Delta 3 commander, during the MD 3’s change of command ceremony at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado, March 7, 2025. MD 3 operates electromagnetic attack, protection, and support capabilities to protect and defend the space domain in support of combatant commands and the joint warfighter. During Petrucci’s command, the unit transitioned to a provisional integrated mission delta construct, now mission delta, that organizes service activities around mission areas instead of functional specialties. Petrucci will go on to the Space Operations Command Headquarters staff to lead Future Operations. (U.S. Space Force photo by Staff Sgt. Jaime Sanchez)
