1st Weather Group holds change of command

Col Bradley Stebbins, 557th Weather Wing commander, passes the 1st Weather Group guidon to Col. Kenneth Chilcoat during a ceremony on June 21, 2024, in the 557 WW auditorium on Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. Col. Chilcoat comes to the 1st WXG after serving as the Division Chief, Policy, and Readiness for the Directorate of Air Force Weather. He led a 12-member team responsible for developing policy for the departments of the Air Force and Army, managing the operational readiness of enterprise forces, and directing inter-agency and international exchanges and agreements in support of United States national security objectives.
