U.S. Airmen discuss tactics, techniques and procedures for setting up a Secure Mobile Anti-Jam Reliable Tactical Terminal to provide a remote Air Operations Center for BLUE FLAG 23-1, Feb. 3, 2023 in Honolulu, Hawaii.
