U.S. Air Force 9th Civil Engineer Squadron Airmen unblock a culvert Jan. 12, 2023, at Beale Air Force Base, Calif. Due to heavy rainfall in Northern California, the 9th CES Airmen have been working night shifts to mitigate the floods and work on areas that have been affected, including unblocking this culvert.
