Innovator of the Quarter: SSgt. Steven Scrimo

Staff Sgt. Steven Scrimo, 31 Security Forces Squadron, NCOIC of vehicles recieves a certificate at Aviano Air Base, September 27, 2022. Recently Scrimo found an innovative way to save manpower, money and resources by using folding electric scooters as a transportation method during certain processes, such as during vehicle pick and drop off at vehicle maintenance. His team was able to reduce manning requirement by 50% which saved 2,570 in fuel costs annually and saved 372 hours. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Jessica Blair)
