Astral Knight
U.S. Air Force Kyle Ebert, 552nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron aerospace propulsion supervisor, conducts an inlet inspection of a Boeing E-3 Sentry aircraft engine after exercise Astral Knight 20 at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Sept. 24, 2020. Ebert checked the E-3 Sentry aircraft engine for structural damage before an engine pressure test. Ramstein was specifically chosen for the E-3 Sentry because of its ability to support the aircraft as a logistics hub for exercise Astral Knight 20 and the ability for the operators to coordinate with the exercise planners in the 603rd Air Operations Center.
