Handheld laser marker project team targets improvements
U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer Carlos Vargas, Naval Special Warfare combatant crewman, bore sights an LA-10u/PEQ handheld laser marker during a Handheld Laser Marker Tactics Development and Evaluation project Dec. 10, 2013, at the Nevada Test and Training Range.
